Born from an exclusive collaboration between Monika Rugs and Ella Rose, Malicio marks a special chapter for the brand: our very first rug designed especially for children’s interiors.
Inspired by Ella Rose’s signature totem, we reimagined its playful shapes and distinctive identity through the world of Monika Rugs. Together, we created a design that feels joyful and imaginative while remaining refined enough to grow naturally with a child’s room.
Hand-tufted by master artisans in Asia, Malicio is crafted from a luxurious blend of premium New Zealand wool and Tencel silk. Its delicate sequence of organic shapes and soft colors creates a gentle rhythm across the rug, bringing personality and warmth without overwhelming the space.
With a pile height of 10 to 12 mm, Malicio combines softness, comfort and durability. Entirely handcrafted, without the use of machines, each piece reflects the artisanal craftsmanship at the heart of Monika Rugs.
Available in multiple sizes and colorways, Malicio can be fully customized in dimensions and colors, making each rug a unique piece for a child’s room.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To preserve the beauty of your rug, vacuum it regularly without using a rotating brush.
In case of stains, gently blot with a clean cloth, warm water, and a mild soap such as Marseille soap. Avoid rubbing to protect the New Zealand wool and Tencel silk fibers.
For deep cleaning, we recommend contacting a professional rug cleaning specialist.

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for the creation of your unique piece.
We offer worldwide shipping through FedEx, ensuring a fast and secure delivery service.
As each rug is made exclusively to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been confirmed.
Any customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees applied in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
