Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All rugs sold on www.monikarugs.com are handcrafted and made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing [insert your customer service email] with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

We do not accept claims submitted after this 3-day period.

Order Cancellations

As each rug is custom-made and production begins shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are not permitted once the order has been confirmed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. However, if your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
